Plant Based Diet
There are plethora of fad diets mushrooming around every day. Only one thing has consistently shown benefit and that is eating diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, flaxseeds, spices and nuts.
I am a lifelong vegetarian and someone who loves cooking. I would like to bring more interest to cooking at home, practical ways for working people to make quick meals, recipes and just dialogue so that we all learn from each other.
