Mindfulness
Meditation is recognized by modern medicine to positively produce biochemical and physical effects on the body. It’s also free from side effects. Many of today’s diseases are driven by diet and lifestyle. Mindfulness and Meditation are scientifically documented to lower blood pressures, decrease inflammation, improve sleep and many other benefits.
I intend to write about different techniques and practical ways to incorporate it in daily lives.
